Where we ship.
- Within Rwanda
- Hand-delivered in Kigali (free). Outside Kigali: 2–3 business days via insured courier (free over RWF 250,000).
- East Africa
- DHL Express, 2–4 business days. RWF 45,000 flat. Free over RWF 650,000.
- International
- DHL Express, 3–6 business days. RWF 85,000 flat. Free over RWF 1,000,000. Duties may apply at the destination.
- Insurance
- Every shipment is fully insured at the declared value, included in the rate above.
Returns
How returns work.
- 7-day window
- Return any non-engraved piece within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Engraved or sized
- Items engraved or sized to order are final sale. Custom pieces are non-returnable.
- Buy-back
- We buy back our own gold and diamond pieces at 100% of their gold weight value, lifetime.
- How to return
- Email info@ngalimining.rw to receive a prepaid label. Pack the piece in its original Ngali box with the origin papers.
